Mercedes E220d W213 NOx Sensor and SCR Catalyst Fault
NOx sensor failure on W213 E220d triggers AdBlue warnings and eventually a start countdown. If the NOx sensor is not replaced promptly the SCR catalyst can be damaged by incorrect AdBlue dosing. Sensor: £200-400; SCR catalyst if damaged: £800-2,000.
