After an over-the-air software update, multiple warning lights appear and vehicle features stop working including parking sensors, climate control, and navigation. This is a known issue with some VW ID family OTA updates that fail to complete cleanly. A forced software reinstall at a VW dealer using ODIS diagnostic equipment restores normal operation. VW recommends ensuring the 12V battery is fully charged and the vehicle is connected to a stable WiFi network before accepting any OTA update.
