Dacia Duster 1.5 dCi clutch judder from new
Judder when releasing the clutch from rest, particularly on hills. The 1.5 dCi diesel Duster has a characteristically sensitive clutch engagement point. Some owners experience judder from very low mileage. The judder is most pronounced when the clutch is not fully released before adding throttle. Renault/Dacia service centres can adjust the clutch biting point via software on applicable models. In persistent cases, replacing the clutch with the updated friction disc specification eliminates the judder.
