What counts as a "Solved" fault?

A case is marked solved once at least one repair attempt linked to it has a high enough confirmed fix rate from driver votes and, where available, mechanic verification. "Partial" means some drivers report it helped without fully resolving the issue.
Why are reports ranked by views rather than date?

Views and votes are a better signal of which cases are actually helping people with the same problem right now. New reports still appear immediately on their own case page and in make/model listings — they simply need to accumulate engagement to rise on this combined list.
Can I see fault reports for a specific year of my car?

Yes — open your make and model from the Browse by Make & Model page, where each model's fault list can be filtered by year.
My fault isn't listed here — what should I do?

Use Report a Fault to add it. New reports help other owners with the same vehicle, and you can also flag any repair that turned out to be a wrong diagnosis.
