🟢 Low Priority
Vehicle fails to move when selected into Drive after a cold start, particularly in temperatures below 5°C. The PowerShift clutch pack fails to engage properly when cold due to moisture contamination of the clutch mechanism. This is a widely documented fault and Ford issued an extended warranty for affected models in many markets. The fix involves replacing the complete dual clutch assembly and updating the TCU software.
